sarahandnoahvonawesome asked: Something about PA just attracts me. I've never been that way, though. But I figured Philadelphia is a good place to start and go from there on deciding where to be. I checked out the crime and housing, and from what I saw it is safer there than where I live now and costs about the same. And my husband has opportunities to transfer there with his job. How is weather in the summer?
